SPLAT runs an excellent youth group for 5-12 years old at the Riverside Moss Green Village’s community room.  The weekly youth group is well attended and provides a variety of stimulating activities for children in the local area.  Staffs are well trained to deliver a friendly and professional service at all times.  The youth group directly benefits the local area through reducing anti-social behaviour on the estate and provide employment and training opportunities for young people in the local community.

We as Labour councillors for Bentilee and Ubberley are delighted with the contribution SPLAT is making to community wellbeing in Moss Green. SPLAT works closely with the Moss Green Village Forum, and always provides activities for the local children to engage in at the summer and Christmas fundays.

Once a week after school, SPLAT provides local children with the opportunity to take part in creative and safe play activities. These sessions have now been running for over two years, and are going from strength to strength. We are very pleased that Rob, a local eighteen year old, delivers these sessions. He has been trained and supported by SPLAT, and is doing a job he loves for the Living Wage.

We look forward to SPLAT going onwards and upwards in Moss Green
