Our Vision, is to allow children and young people weekly access to a safe play environment, where they can grow and develop and be the best they can be.
SPLAT Staffordshire CIC (Social, Physical, Learning and Activities, Together)
Is a local community organisation based in Stoke on Trent, that delivers inclusive youth and play activities to local children and young people, by inclusive we mean children and young people from any race, religion, back ground and disability, everyone is welcome at our sessions. We train and support young people aged 17-24 years old as Project Workers, who then deliver inclusive youth and play activities to local children and young people.
Our SPLAT Sessions are for children aged 4-12 years old and run after school or at weekends and provide a safe place for children to play, learn and have fun and be the best they can be activities include arts and crafts, baking, team games, physical sports activities and much more!!
How long are the sessions?
Our sessions run for two hours, within these sessions children can take part in safe, creative play activities, which include:
Arts and Crafts
Baking and Cooking
All of our sessions are child centred, it is very important to us to always ask the children, what they would like us to deliver within the sessions, to ensure they feel listened to, valued and as part of our team.
Do parents/carers attend with their child?
Our sessions are for children only to attend.
Can my child leave the session on their own?
Children must be collected by an adult.
However children aged 11 years and over, are allowed to leave the session on their own, with permission from their parent/carer, however they will not be able to take home any younger siblings.
How much do sessions cost?
All of our indoor sessions are £1.00 per child, per session.
Our outdoor sessions are FREE.
What happens if sessions are cancelled?
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, a session maybe cancelled. We will update our social media pages asap, should this happen.

How do you sign up?
You can complete a membership form, on arrival of your child’s first SPLAT Session, your child will not be able to attend without a completed membership form.
All of our Staff are DBS Checked, First Aid trained, have Food and Hygiene Qualifications and Safeguarding, as well as other Play Work related qualifications, to ensure children are kept safe at all times.
