Children will be given a healthy meal during the session, in line with their dietary requirements.

Sessions are for children aged 4-12 years old and are for children only.

How to book on to our February half-term sessions?

We are only accepting online bookings for our February half-term sessions only. Numbers are limited.

To book click here: https://www.splatstaffs.co.uk/february-booking-form

Due to our sessions being very busy, we recommend only attending sessions, if you have booked online, as we are unable to guarantee entry, to those who have not pre-booked.

How much do sessions cost?
Sessions are £1.50 and will run for 2 hours and 30 mins.
Do parents/carers attend with their child?

Our sessions are for children only.

I have submitted a booking form but have not received any confirmation?

Once you have completed a booking form, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours, Monday- Friday.

Completing a booking form, does not guarantee your child a place at our sessions. You will need to receive a confirmation email from us, before attending.

If you have not heard back from us within 48 hours Monday-Friday, then please contact us on membership@splatstaffs.co.uk

Before contacting us, please check your junk folder, as occasionally our emails can go in to your junk folder.

Is there a limit for how many sessions I can book my child on?

There is no limit, you can book your child onto as many sessions.

I haven’t booked, can my child still attend?

If your child attends a session without pre-booking, we may have to turn them away, due to being at full capacity or we may not be able to meet their dietary requirements.

I have booked but would like to cancel

If you wish to cancel, can you please let us know as soon as possible by emailing membership@splatstaffs.co.uk, so we can free up numbers for other children.

If your child fails to attend more than 2 sessions without you letting us know we may refrain you from booking them onto future sessions.

Do you have a cancellation list?

It is very difficult for us to manage a cancellation list, due to volume of sessions we will be delivering.

If we receive cancellations in a timely manner, we may post these on social media and spaces will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

How we use your data?

We ask for personal details, so we are aware of any medical, health and support needs, to help keep children safe at our sessions and to ensure their needs are met safely. Parent/Carer details are taken, in case of an emergency. Other contact details are gathered, to help keep you updated i.e. in case sessions are cancelled, you can choose to opt out from this.

Data is only passed on to any third party organisations regarding funding requirements or if there is a safeguarding issue.

You can read more about how we use your data here.

My child has a support need and requires a 121 with staff?

We are really sorry but are unable to offer children 121 support, at the moment. We will update our website when we are able to do so again.

If your child is not between the ages of 4-12 years old, WE ARE NOT INSURED!

Our staff have the right to ask for proof of age for children, refuse entry, or ask you to come and collect your child immediately, if we find that children are not within the 4-12 years age range.

Unfortunately, we have had many families giving false information, regarding the age of children.

You are putting our organisation at risk as we are not insured! We will not tolerate this and will take the appropriate action.
